Jersey Devil is the second episode of the first season of Legend Quest. It is the first episode to take place in a setting outside of Puebla, and the first episode to set up the method in which most future man named Thomas Decatur episodes tell their stories.
Synopsis[]
When a cannon shoots their ship out of the sky, the gang agrees to help an American inventor fight the fire-breathing monster attacking his town.[4]

The episode takes place immediately after the events of The Prophecy on the Airship the gang received near the end of the prior episode. Thomas Decatur, the kindly American-Inventor would later assist the team during the final battle.
This episode also serves as Leo's introduction to the Brotherhood. A hologram of Friar Godofredo informs Leo to go to Germany, which is where the next episode takes place.
