La Leyenda de la Llorona is a book published by Ánima Kitchent based on the movie La Leyenda de la Llorona. It was presented by Alberto Rodríguez at the FILIJ 2017 (International Book Fair for Children and Youth 2017).[1][2][3]


Leo, Don Andrés, Alebrije, Teodora, Finado and Moribunda are transported to Xochimilco, where La Llorona has frightened the inhabitants, because she is taking her children. The last one to disappear was Beto, while he was asking for a calaverita along with his sister Kika.
